Chrissy: There's a tension in this that is released in such a lovely way. Great work!

Evaine: And now, hopefully, I am more coherent. *grin* Thank you for my Christmas gift! The emotion fairly palpitates from the page, raw and painful. One doesn't have to be familiar with the events of 1986 in Metallicaland to be affected by the sadness and quiet desperation you've managed to create. Nor to feel the faint, wistful hope that closes out the tale. And written using the second person POV and making it WORK is impressive! Again, thank you!

Evaine: *grin* My first Xmas Fic prezzie and it was written for me by one of my most favorite authors - how freakin' COOL is that! Thanks again, H!!

ginnyx: What a great fic!! I never thought bout what would be like celebrating new years eve that specific year... So soon, but the world already turning forward.
- There is yearning and acceptance and nothing really happens, but this feels exactly something big and emotional for Lars that he would remember years and years later. You nailed the connection these two share. I love this story very very much, I hope your Christmas went well:)) thanks for posting
